I wrote this using PSP7. You can get a 30 day trial
here.
#1 Download to your Plugins file. Mine is C/plugins.
#2 Now decide what graphic you want to use and open it in psp, note the size. Open a new work area that size, white background 16 million colors. I strongly advise your largest dimension be no more that 250 pixels.

#3 In the lower right hand corner of your background layer put some text
icon
or a small tube.
Or what ever you want I used the sailboat.
#4 Next, with your graphic active use Ctrl/C (copy) and then with your white background active use Ctrl/L (past as new layer).
#5 Time to name this and save it. Go to File/Save as.
#6 After saving your graphic use the image that is still on your screen to work with.
#7 With your graphics layer highlighted, go to Effects and get your Macs/page curl with these settings,
#8 Now save this as Page Curl 1. It can be saved in the same file as the graphic. You will end up with four or more of these, each numbered in sequence. Depending on how many you need to to make a smooth curl.
#9 When you save your first curl page, it will save AND remain on the screen.
#10 Use what remains on your screen for your next curl. Now bring up Macs Page Curl and change the Size and Direction settings. Size=100 Direction=85 the Direction will have to be set to 85 each time.Save as Pagecurl-2
#11 Same as #10 but make the Size number 150 change the Direction back to 85. Save. Pagecurl-3
#12 Same as #10 and above but make the Size number 200 and the Direction to 85. Save, this will be Pagecurl-4
Remember you can change the SIZE value to accommodate what you are trying to show. The direction has to be 85 always.
